The owner/chef has been working in the industry since 2005 and has been studying the art of Patisserie for 6 years. He is certified and accredited completing studies in one of the most recognized patisserie schools in Lebanon. The Chef has a certificated ISO 22000 which is a standard developed by the international organization dealing with food safety. He has also participated in training sessions of good manufacturing practices & good hygiene practices. GHP ISO 22000 : 2005 standard in the pastry Industry.

We offer a buffet for Special occasions providing mini Tarts, Mini Cakes, & Mixed Dough Appetizers made freshly and designed for our lovely customers. One of our great services is special orders which we design and make it on the spot.
